Active Aging Resource Center - November 28, 2024

The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of December 2-6: 

Monday – sloppy joe on bun, carrots, spinach, pears; 

Tuesday – swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, mandarin oranges; 

Wednesday – ham steak, cole slaw, baked beans, apples; 

Thursday – baked fish and cornbread, baked potatoes, cauliflower with cheese, peach crisp; 

Friday – seasoned baked chicken, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, hot rolls, mixed fruit; 

Salad bar every Wednesday 

BINGO every Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. 

Chair yoga every Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. 

Game night every Thursday, 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. 

November 28-29 - Closed for Thanksgiving Holiday 

December 3 - Blood pressure checks, 11-12:00 by Comfort Care Hospice

We served approximately 220 meals and are so grateful for everyone’s support.
