The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of November 13th ­- 17th.

Monday - Fish sandwich, peas & carrots, tator tots, ­strawberries

Tuesday - Vegetable soup, cheese sandwich, cottage cheese, crackers, grapes

Wednesday - Beef taco salad, tortilla chips, Mexican corn, mandarin oranges

Thursday - Ham & beans, hash browns, tomatoes, applesauce

Friday - Turkey & dressing, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, hot rolls, pumpkin pie

October 15- December 7 - Medicare Open Enrollment Period

November 16 - Board of Directors meeting 10 a.m.

November 17 - Thanksgiving Dinner – free will donation

We have chair yoga every Monday at 1 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Join us for Thanksgiving Dinner on Friday, November 17 from 11-12:15. Dine-in or Carry-out is available. Free will donation. Drive through the alley to pick up a meal. The alley is one-way start at the north end.

It’s time to look at your Medicare health insurance and make sure it’s where you want to be in 2024. Deanna will be at Jamesport City Hall on Tuesday, November 21st from 9-12 to help.
