Active Aging Resource Center - July 25, 2024

The menu for the Active Aging Resource Center for the week of July 29 - August 2:

Monday – salmon patty, peas and carrots, cauliflower, peaches;

Tuesday – oven-fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, mixed fruit;

Wednesday – ham and beans, pickled beets, potatoes and onions, pears, cinnamon rolls;

Thursday – cheeseburger on bun, lettuce salad, tomatoes, mandarin oranges;

Friday – turkey casserole, buttered carrots, sweet potatoes, cherry crisp;

August 6 - Blood Pressure/Blood Sugar checks, 11-12 by Comfort Care Hospice

Salad Bar every Wednesday Bingo every Tuesday, 10 a.m.

Chair yoga every Wednesday, 10 a.m.

Game Night every Thursday from 4-7:00 p.m.
